The Destroyer has a truly prodigious amount of health, as befits an extra-dimensional, godlike being of destruction. notresisting, it has multiple weak spots: Its eye, the glowing spots on the tentacles, and its mouth/tongue. I ignored the mouth/tongue since it opens and closes, making it an unreliable target. It’s much easier to aim for the eye to get critical hits. Shoot the glowing orbs on the purple tentacles, to prevent them from throwing exploding spikes, which can arc over cover. Killing these tentacles will activate ‘On Kill’ buffs, and can trigger a second wind. Destroyed tentacles can also drop ammunition. After you’ve shot all the glowing tentacle orbs, it’s easier to engage The Destroyer. immediately, take cover behind rock pillars, to avoid the tentacle slam shockwave. The Destroyer constantly charges and fires its …
